Extreme eastern part of India, which gets early sunrise before other parts of India. This state is full of natural scenic view.  The history of Arunachal is full of patriotism. Arunachal Pradesh proof of Ino-China war which was fought in 1962. China captured most of the area of Arunachal Pradesh. However, China soon declared victory, withdrew back to the McMahon Line and returned Indian prisoners of war in 1963. This tour will go through upper Arunachal and cover Tawang-Dirang-Sela pass-Bomdila-Bhalukpong. Tawang is famous for world 2nd largest Buddhist monastery in the world. Between September to mid of June, Arunachal can be explored.

Day 1
Guwahati- Bomdila

After your arrival in Guwahati. Get ready to explore one the best destination of North-east, Arunachal Pradesh. Our tour representative will meet you and drive to will take 8hrs to complete the distance of 350 kms. Enroute visit Tipi Orchidarium, a glass house with over 1000 Orchids. Overnight in Bomdila.

Day 2

After breakfast, Check out from the hotel and Visit Bomdila Monastery then drive to Tawang ( 180 Kms/7-8 Hrs). Drive passing through typical Monpa village at Dirang. After viewing the beautiful valley of Dirang overlooking the river and inhabited by colourful tribals, proceed towards the Sela Pass (13703 ft) spend some lovely times by the paradise lake. You can enjoy tea and snack near sela-pass then we will drive to tawang. Overnight in Tawang.

Day 3

Full day explore Tawang Monastery, founded by Mera Lama Lodre Gyaltso during 17th century A.D. a contemporary of the fifth Dalai Lama .Drive upto PT Shu Lake then return to visit Tawang War Memorial .Overnight at Tawang.

Day 4

After breakfast proceed to Bumla-pass (60Kms/7-8 Hrs). Which is an international border of India and china lies in Arunachal Pradesh.En route you will see so many natural lakes. After returning to Bumla pass you will visit famous lake called Madhuri lake. Then we will come to Tawang. Overnight at Tawang

Day 5

Early morning, drive to Jang to get a breath taking view of waterfalls. Pay homage at the Jashwant Garh Indo Chinese War Memorial and down hill drive to Dirang (70 Kms/3-4 Hrs)

. The beautiful town of Dirang in the West Kameng District of Arunachal Pradesh is a pure delight for visitors. Dirang valley is situated on the bank river kameng. The Kalachakra Monastery in Dirang is a 500-year-old monastery and is a must visit. There are also the ruins of a fort called Dirang Dzong, and a hot water spring on the bank river kameng. Overnight stay at Dirang.

Day 6

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed the journey to Bhalukpong ( 160 Kms/ 5-6 hrs ). En route Visit Kiwi and apple farming centre. You will see waterfalls, Hanging Bridge, orchid research centre. Evening reach to Bhalukpong. Overnight stay at Bhalukpong.

Day 7

After breakfast Proceed to Guwahati (Approx 230 k.m – 4hr ),Enroute Nameri national park. Nameri national park is famous for its elephants and other animals including tigers, leopards, gaurs, wild pigs, sambars, etc. and also for being a bird watchers paradise. Tezpur is beautiful city of northeast. Visit local market and town. Leave for. Evening, if time allows we will make a visit to the famed Kamakhya Temple and enjoy the boat ride in Brahmaputra River for visiting Umananda Temple situated in a small river island in Brahmaputra. Further drop to the railway station or airport for onward journey. Go home with sweet memories of Arunachal Pradesh.
