Ziro is a beautiful valley located in Arunachal Pradesh. This is a very old town and the house of unique Tribal Apanati. Ziro Music festival attracts people from all around which held every in the month of September. This festival came in 2012 by local artists. It is situated at a height of 5,500 ft and surrounded by lush green mountains.
One can reach Ziro by road also by Air. It is well connected with its capital Itanagar and Tezpur, an airport in Assam. Winter is the best season to visit and stay for a week.
winter is the best season to travel ziro valley. And if you are traveling to Ziro Music festival then you should go between last week of September to the first week of October.
On your arrival to Guwahati or Tezpur Airport. our travel representative will meet you and assist you to transfer. Enjoy the pleasant weather and beautiful mountains, Forest and rivers in route to Itanagar. After covering a journey of approx 350 km ( 8 hrs), reached to the hotel. Check-in and night stay at Itanagar.
Complete your breakfast. check out from the hotel and drive to ziro. It will take approx 4 hrs to reach ziro. After your arrival, In afternoon visit NISHI and APATANI tribal villages. Night stay at Abasa-homestay, Ziro. (We provide camping during Ziro music festival. Enjoy staying at camp during this time.)
After morning breakfast go for local sightseeing. we will Visit to Ziro putu, Kile pakho, Midey. Enjoy trekking to Shiva lingam in the afternoon. Night stay at Abasa-homestay, Ziro.
After completing your morning breakfast, Pack your bag and ready to see the beautiful and old city of Assam. Once reached to Tezpur, check-in to the hotel and evening is free for leisure.
Today morning we will drive to Guwahati and go for local sightseeing like the Brahmaputra river, kamakhya temple, and the fancy market for shopping. And don’t forget to taste the tea of Assam. Late evening drop Guwahati railway station or airport. Its time to go home with sweet memories of Ziro.
