Itinerary

DAY 1 : Arrival to Paro and transfer to Thimphu

Your Bhutan Honeymoon package will start from Paro. On your arrival to The Land Of Happiness, Bhutan. Our Tour representative will assist you in immigration. Welcome to Paro, situated at (7200 ft) and transfer to Thimpu (57 kms/2.5 hrs/7800 ft), The Capital of World Only Carbon negative country. Evening free for leisure. Over Night at Thimphu

DAY 2 : Thimphu Local sightseeing.

The morning after breakfast starts for Thimpu local Sightseeing covering (Memorial Chorten, Emporium House, National Library, Handicraft Centre, Cherry Monastery, BBC Tower, SAARC Building & Bhutan’s Secretariat – The famous Dzong). Overnight at Thimpu.

DAY 3 : Thimphu trip to Punakha

Leave for Pangong Lake post breakfast, early in the morning. You will cross the Changla Pass to reach Pangong. Post lunch enjoys the mesmerizing beauty of Pangong Lake. Appreciate its high altitude and variations in colours. Return back to Leh for an overnight stay at Leh

DAY 4 : Punakha to Thimphu

After breakfast visits Khardung La pass, which is the World’s highest motorable road at 18380 feet. Return to Leh by afternoon and enjoy a Hot Lunch at the hotel. Post Lunch visit to Gurudwara Pather Sahib, Magnetic Hill and Sangam of Zangskar and Indus River. O/N Leh.

DAY 5 : Thimphu to Paro.

Morning transfer to Paro (57 kms/2.5 hrs/7200 ft).After lunch, Paro Local Sight Seeing covering National Museum, Airport (Only Airport of Bhutan situated on the Banks of Paro Chu- In Bhutanese language Chu means River), Dungayal Dzong, Kichu Resort Valley. Mt. Chomolhari (7,300m) reigns in white glory at the northern end of the valley. Overnight at Paro.

DAY 6 : Paro –hike to Taksang ( Tiger Nest )

This day will start will hiking Taktsang as know as Tiger nest. Carry a bag with water bottle, snack, energy drink and some medicine .You can take horse ride to for half journey and half journey can be complete only by foot. After trekking to Taktsang return to town, visit Kyichu Lakhang ,one of the oldest temples in Bhutan and personal shopping, overnight at Paro (Hotel khamsum)

DAY 7 : Paro to Chele-La

After breakfast visit Chele La. Chele la separates Haa and Paro valley and at 3810m, it is one of the highest motorable passes in Bhutan. The drive till here from Paro is through dense spruce and larch forests according to the seasons. On a clear day, there are spectacular views of Mt. Jumolhari, Jichu Drake and adjoining peaks to the North West, as well as the view of Haa and Paro valley. Overnight at Paro

DAY 8 : Paro -Departure

Now it’s time to go home with sweet memories of Bhutan. Morning departure transfer to Paro Airport. Tour Ends
